  • Take charge of special projects and initiatives, like company gifting, team events, and holiday activities—bringing a creative touch to every task.
  • Occasionally assist with in-office tasks, such as preparing for client meetings and managing office maintenance—making sure everything is in tip-top shape.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including benefit enrollment and account setup.
  • Keep our office running smoothly by managing operations like maintaining and ordering equipment, supplies, and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate travel, reservations, and itineraries for executives and team members—keeping things seamless and stress-free.
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies, and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Run occasional errands and provide in-person support when required near our Hollywood office.

Who You Are:

  • A creative, proactive problem-solver with a get-it-done attitude.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to bring order to chaos.
  • A detail-oriented multi-tasker who can juggle a variety of tasks with ease.
  • A natural communicator, both in writing and verbally, who enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional in-office presence.
