Whether it's a quick-turn trend or a full campaign, we combine strategy, creativity, and creator talent to help brands show up authentically and stand out.
What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for super trend-savvy Social Media Intern to support creator outreach and casting for social-led campaigns—especially for one of our fast-moving automotive clients. You’ll help us uncover emerging talent for UGC-style shoots by scouting creators across platforms and jumping into the casting and coordination process.
We want someone chronically online, if you live and breathe TikTok, can spot great on-camera presence from a mile away, and want a peek behind the curtain of how real content gets made—this role’s for you. You’ll join a team that blends creativity, culture, and performance to help brands show up where it counts.
What You’ll Do
- Dig through TikTok, Instagram, and more to discover new creator talent for UGC shoots
- Use tools like Later, Incense, Fiverr, and other casting platforms to support outreach
- Manage communication with creators: sending briefs, tracking responses, and organizing submissions
- Keep talent trackers and spreadsheets up to date and squeaky clean
- Stay plugged into viral trends, emerging formats, and internet culture
- Flag creators or content ideas that align with upcoming campaign needs
What You’ll Bring

- Sharp organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication—especially over email and DM
- Self-starting mindset and an eye for what’s culturally relevant
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first team
Bonus Points If You…
- Have experience using influencer tools, creator marketplaces, or casting platforms
- Have worked on or created UGC-style content yourself
- Can rattle off 3 creators you think every brand should know about
Internship Details
- Paid internship and/or school credit eligible
- Candidates must be able to provide documentation confirming internship eligibility through their college or university
- Remote role; LA-based is a plus, but you must be comfortable working PST hours
